Southern LitFest

We are honored to be participating in the Southern LitFest, "A Celebration of All Things Southern"!  The event takes place Friday and Saturday, June 5th and 6th and Something Special will be participating on June 5th.

The weekend schedule of events encompasses good food, great literature, bourbon on an inviting porch (or in our case, our courtyard!), Market Day on the square, fiddlers picking a bluegrass tune, trendy boutiques, famous literary & film sites, legendary southern music & barbecue in a classic small town setting!

From 5:30 - 7:30 on Friday, June 5th, we will be honoring William Faulkner and James Dickey.  4 historic porches each with a different concoction, all within easy walking distance.  Light entertainment, hors d' oeuvres... a chance to see friends, meet new people and greet our guest speakers.  Park at the Judicial Center on Greenville Street and dress casual!

Admission is $40.00.  Tickets are limited and available M-F at the Carnegie, 1 LaGrange St and M-Sat at the Visitors Center, Historic Courthouse on the square (both cash or check only) or online at southernlitfest.com.  For further information, contact the Carnegie at (770) 683-1347 or nclf@numail.org.
